What we build
54 capabilities, each written by the engineer who does the work. These pages were written for federal programs and the engineering is identical either way.
The strongest anchor of the practice — founder is a Kaggle Top 200 data scientist with production ML delivered inside a federal health agency at Harmonia.
We are a software consulting firm. We build production software, AI and data systems for federal programs, for companies, and for state and local government. The federal side is why firms come to us when their own work touches government — export control, CMMC, selling a product into federal use — and why the ordinary engineering comes out documented, tested and handed over cleanly. Fixed scope, fixed fee, an answer in two business days.

Some of what we do is ordinary engineering that any good firm could take on. Some of it is not. If your company sells to government, supplies a defense prime, handles export-controlled technology, or wants federal customers it does not yet have, you need somebody who has read the actual rules and can also read an architecture diagram. That combination is rarer than it should be, and it is most of why people call us.
ITAR and EAR treated separately, because they are not the same rule. Where the encryption carve-out holds and where it stops. What your architecture is actually holding at the moment a model reads customer data, and what that makes controlled.
For: AI companies, SaaS platforms and hardware firms whose product touches technical data. Typical: three weeks, fixed fee.
The clause phases into contracts from November. If you supply a prime, this arrives whether or not you are ready. We scope your actual boundary, tell you honestly which of the 110 controls you already meet, and build the evidence rather than a slide deck about building the evidence.
For: manufacturers, engineering firms and IT suppliers in the defense supply chain. Typical: a scoping engagement, then a remediation plan you can execute or hand to us.
You have customers who want to buy and a procurement process that will not let them. What an ATO actually requires of your product, what FedRAMP costs and whether you need it yet, which authorisation path is cheapest for your shape of company, and what to change in the product before you spend a dollar on paperwork.
For: SaaS and AI companies with a federal customer waiting.
We have written and submitted dozens of these. Topic fit, the technical volume, the work plan, the cost volume, and the parts of the evaluation nobody reads carefully enough. Written by engineers who would have to deliver the work, which is why they read as deliverable.
For: technology companies pursuing federal R&D funding.
Zero trust, identity, audit trails, boundary design, evidence collection. Built the way a regulated programme requires, for companies that are not one.
For an acquirer looking at a company whose revenue depends on federal contracts: what the contract vehicle is actually worth, what transfers, and what the technical debt costs.
Fixed scope, fixed fee, a named engineer, and a written answer to your first email inside two business days. We do not run a sales process and we do not ask for a discovery call before answering a question. If we cannot hold a date we say so before you commit.
Work that has to survive an audit gets documented, tested and handed over cleanly, because it has to be — so that is simply how we build. Systems built where data cannot leave a boundary and there is no internet teach you how to build for a customer whose data cannot leave either. Firm-fixed-price against defined deliverables teaches you to quote a number and hit it. You get all of that habit without any of the procurement.
Our founder ranks in the top 200 of more than 200,000 ranked competitors on Kaggle — the top 0.1 percent.
Companies that have a real operational problem and no appetite for a six-month consulting engagement to describe it. Funded AI companies shipping products. Data and analytics organisations. Manufacturers, insurers, health systems, logistics and professional-services firms with a process that has outgrown its spreadsheet.
Federal agencies and their primes, commercial companies, and state and local government. Most of our volume is federal. The engineering is the same in all three.
