Federal agency names, seals, and marks referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. No endorsement is claimed or implied.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Site to probe, scan, or test vulnerability; to breach security or authentication; to interfere with service; or to violate applicable law. Security research conducted in good faith under the Site’s security.txt policy is welcome.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites (e.g., SAM.gov, federal agencies, Kaggle). Precision Delivery Federal LLC is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precision Delivery Federal LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Direct-damage liability, if any, is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
