Independent technical review your council can rely on.

Wireless facility application review, independent second opinions, and standards compliance and quality assurance for local governments and federal programs. Selected by the Town of Fountain Hills, Arizona in October 2026 for wireless telecommunication tower and antenna application review.

A reviewer's drafting table with a telecommunications site plan, a ruler and a red pencil, with a desert town beyond.

Review with no stake in the answer

When a town council, a planning commission or a program office has to decide on something technical, it needs a reviewer who knows the rules, works to the legal clock, and gains nothing from the outcome. That is the whole job, and it is why independence comes first in everything we review.

The Town of Fountain Hills, Arizona selected Precision Federal in October 2026 for independent review of wireless telecommunication tower and antenna applications.

Wireless facility review

  • Completeness: every submission checked against the town code, with incompleteness flagged inside the window that keeps the shot clock honest.
  • Shot clocks: each application tracked against the FCC timeframes in 47 CFR 1.6003 from the day it arrives.
  • Eligible facilities requests: Section 6409(a) modifications checked against the substantial-change tests within the 60-day window.
  • RF exposure compliance: the applicant's report reviewed against FCC limits, including cumulative exposure at shared sites.
  • Design standards: small wireless and tower design reviewed against the town's published standards.
  • Findings and hearings: plain-language recommendations and conditions staff can use, with support at hearings.

Independent technical review

Second opinions on plans, studies and vendor proposals a department has to decide on. The reviewer reads the actual material, tests the claims that matter, and delivers a written finding with the evidence behind it. Any relationship with the parties is disclosed before the work starts.

Standards compliance and quality assurance

Checks against codes, specifications and acceptance criteria, and for digital deliverables, Section 508 and WCAG 2 AA testing with automated tools and manual review. Every finding names the requirement, the evidence and the fix.

Independence

  • No carrier work: we do not work for wireless carriers, tower companies or installers.
  • Disclosure first: any relationship with an applicant is disclosed before review begins.
  • Named reviewers: the people in our proposal are the people who review.
  • Written record: findings that stand up at a hearing and in the file.

Why Precision Federal

  • Prime on every contract: one accountable lead from proposal to delivery.
  • Named people before we bid: every seat is filled by an expert who has agreed to the work.
  • Senior leadership on the work: the founder leads delivery.
  • Proven on real data: working results, not promises, with every number traceable to delivered code.
