What you get back

  • Your file, row for row, with your original columns unchanged
  • Matched company name and address, with a match confidence score and the reason for the match
  • Each diversity status (MBE, WBE, VBE, SDVOBE, disability-owned, LGBT-owned, DBE, 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB and more) paired with its certifier
  • A source link for each certification, with certification dates, expiration dates and the certifier's ID where published
  • Phone, website, contact, NAICS codes and other fields where the certifier publishes them
  • Notes on what we cleaned in your file before matching

Where the data comes from

The Precision Federal Certified Supplier Registry is built and maintained by Precision Federal from certifying organizations' own directories: the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office, the Massachusetts Unified Certification Program (DBE and ACDBE), the City of Boston, the U.S. Small Business Administration (8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, EDWOSB and VetCert), New Jersey, the City of New York, Delaware and the City of Cincinnati. Our delivery service includes weekly directory refreshes and delivery-day confirmation of Massachusetts and SBA certifications against the issuing certifiers' sources.

Contract data enrichment

We also compare your contracts' service codes with certification directories and show you, by service area, how many certified firms exist, where participation is thin, which firms they are, and the professional organizations in each area.

How to start

Email your file (CSV or Excel: company name, street, city, state, zip) to [email protected]. Files up to 10,000 records come back within 2 business days; larger files within 5. Files are exchanged securely and deleted 30 days after delivery.
