Implementation and Training Lead, Community Networks (New York City)

Lead rollout and training in person in New York City, helping community organizations and their staff actually adopt the tools we build and keep using them.

About Precision Federal

Precision Federal is a small business building AI, data and software systems for government agencies. The company’s founder loves God, and the company is built on Christian faith: every number we publish is real, every claim we make is verifiable, and the work is done with excellence as service to God. Faith is welcome here and openly shared.

How this role works

  1. You join the bench. You apply with your weekly hours and start time. We set your hourly rate from your résumé, and we may name you on proposals that match this role. If we don't win, you owe nothing.
  2. A contract is awarded. The award funds the team named in the proposal. Your engagement begins at the hourly rate we agreed on.
  3. You work remote, paid from the contract. ~200–900 hrs per funded award — and if no award ever funds, you owe nothing and lose nothing.

What you'll do

  • Plan and run rollout across a network of community partners, site by site, in person around New York City
  • Design and deliver training that fits frontline staff, from hands-on sessions to quick reference guides
  • Be the steady point of contact for partner organizations, and bring their problems and requests back to our build team
  • Track adoption, spot the sites that are struggling, and help them get unstuck

Required qualifications

  • Experience leading implementation, onboarding or training for a system, program or service across multiple organizations or sites
  • Experience working with community-based organizations, community networks, or the people and teams they serve
  • Based in New York City and able to work on site at partner locations
  • U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (U.S. person)
  • Willing to be named on a federal proposal with a one-page resume, and to sign a short letter of commitment

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with community health, social services, workforce or other public program networks in New York City
  • Background in adult learning, training design, or train-the-trainer models
  • Comfort with case management, referral or CRM platforms
  • Fluency in a language widely spoken in New York City communities in addition to English
