How this role works

You join the bench. You apply with your weekly hours and start time. We set your hourly rate from your résumé, and we may name you on proposals that match this role. If we don't win, you owe nothing.
A contract is awarded. The award funds the team named in the proposal. Your engagement begins at the hourly rate we agreed on.
You work remote, paid from the contract. ~4–40 hrs per funded award — and if no award ever funds, you owe nothing and lose nothing.

What you'll do

Attend an in-person government meeting in the Milton or Pensacola area on November 4 on Precision Federal's behalf
Arrive early, sign in correctly under our company name, and confirm our attendance is recorded
Take careful notes on what is said, the questions asked and any changes announced, and collect every handout or attendee list offered
Send us a written summary the same day, with photos or scans of materials where permitted

Required qualifications

Live in or within easy driving distance of Milton or Pensacola, FL
Available in person for the full day on November 4, with reliable transportation
Valid REAL ID-compliant photo ID for facility access
Clear, careful note-taker who follows instructions exactly
U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (U.S. person)
Willing to be named on a federal proposal with a one-page resume, and to sign a short letter of commitment

Preferred qualifications

Experience attending pre-bid, pre-proposal or site-visit meetings for a contractor
Familiarity with government and military facilities in Santa Rosa and Escambia counties
Background in government contracting, construction, facilities or office administration

Compensation & structure

1099 consulting engagement. $20–$45 per hour; we set your rate from your résumé and experience. Hours are funded by federal contract awards — this seat is scoped at roughly 4–40 hours per funded award, on site, milton, fl. Work and pay begin only if the contract is awarded — no award, no hours, no obligation.
