How this role works

1. You join the bench. We name you (with a short bio) on proposals that match this role, always asking you first. Consent costs you nothing and commits you to nothing until an award funds.
2. A contract is awarded. Federal SBIR awards fund the team named in the proposal. Your engagement begins, at an hourly rate agreed before you were ever named.
3. You work remote, paid from the contract. ~40–80 hrs per funded award — and if no award ever funds, you owe nothing and lose nothing.

What you’ll do

• Review our fusion, correlation, and track-association work against real multi-INT practice.
• Tell us where a fusion claim would break on real latency, real gaps, and real sensor disagreement.
• Check our claims about analyst workload and timeline before they reach an evaluator.

Required qualifications

• Direct experience in ISR collection management, multi-INT fusion, or all-source analysis.
• Familiarity with a fielded ISR or fusion system and its data flows.
• Willing to be named in a federal proposal with your consent, each time.

Preferred qualifications

• A combatant-command ISR cell, a service intelligence unit, or an ISR program office.
• Experience with sensor-fusion or track-correlation tooling.

Compensation & structure

1099 consulting engagement. $100–$125 per hour, confirmed in writing before you are named on any proposal. Hours are funded by federal contract awards — roughly 40–80 hours across a 6–12 month period of performance per funded award, fully remote. No award, no hours, no obligation.
