About Precision Federal

Precision Federal is a small business building AI, data and software systems for government agencies. The company’s founder loves God, and the company is built on Christian faith: every number we publish is real, every claim we make is verifiable, and the work is done with excellence as service to God. Faith is welcome here and openly shared.

How this role works

  1. You join the bench. You apply with your weekly hours and start time. We set your hourly rate from your résumé, and we may name you on proposals that match this role. If we don't win, you owe nothing.
  2. A contract is awarded. The award funds the team named in the proposal. Your engagement begins at the hourly rate we agreed on.
  3. You work remote, paid from the contract. ~80–400 hrs per funded award — and if no award ever funds, you owe nothing and lose nothing.

What you'll do

  • Lead the on-site kick-off in Titusville, NJ: set expectations, walk through the plan, and get the right people in the room
  • Run hands-on training sessions that meet users where they are and leave them able to do their jobs in the new system
  • Track adoption, open issues and feedback after go-live, and turn what you hear into clear requests for our engineers
  • Keep the customer informed with plain status updates, and flag risks to schedule or satisfaction early

Required qualifications

  • Based in New Jersey or Pennsylvania and able to travel to Titusville, NJ for on-site kick-off and training
  • Direct experience in customer success, implementation management, or software onboarding for business or government customers
  • Experience planning and delivering in-person training to non-technical users
  • U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (U.S. person)
  • Willing to be named on a federal proposal with a one-page resume, and to sign a short letter of commitment

Preferred qualifications

  • Implementation or customer success work for a state, county, municipal or federal customer
  • Experience with SaaS onboarding, data migration cutovers, or rollouts of case management, permitting or records systems
  • Familiarity with customer success, ticketing or project tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk or ServiceNow
