Programs that run through partners

Many federal programs succeed or fail on the strength of the community organizations that deliver them. A program office needs to know which organizations exist, what they actually offer, where they serve, and whether the record is still true this month. We build and run that network, and we report it in a form the government can use.

Precision Federal is the prime contractor for the Federal Bureau of Prisons Community Reentry Network (contract 15BNAS26D00000262, awarded September 2026, total value $3.6 million), which keeps the Bureau's reentry-resource records current and complete across all 50 states and the territories.

Partner network management

  • Map the need: start from where people are and what they need, not from whoever answers a survey.
  • Build the candidate pool: IRS exempt-organization data, state registries, 211 directories, associations and faith communities.
  • Onboard: a plain-language packet, simple agreements, training and a single point of contact.
  • Keep coverage: coverage maps, attrition planning and replacement before a gap opens.

Verification workflows

Every organization is confirmed by documented two-way contact before it enters the record: services offered and mapped to the program's categories, geographic reach, a contact for the people being served, and consent to be listed. Records are re-verified on a fixed cycle, and every change carries who confirmed it, when and how, so the government can inspect any record.

Community and faith-based outreach

Churches, ministries and community organizations are often the most trusted help in a neighborhood. We partner with them on the same footing as every other provider, keep participation in any religious activity voluntary for the people they serve, and make requirements plain, training practical and payment prompt.

Reporting the network

Monthly data products and dashboards in the tools the agency already uses: coverage by geography and service category, verification status, changes since the last report, and the gaps that need attention next.

Why Precision Federal

  • Prime on every contract: one accountable lead from proposal to delivery.
  • Named people before we bid: every seat is filled by an expert who has agreed to the work.
  • Senior leadership on the work: the founder leads delivery.
  • Proven on real data: working results, not promises, with every number traceable to delivered code.
